In 2014 company Teplohimmontazh CJSC fulfilled the construction of 98 meter height chimney on Stoilensky GOK using the method of slip form.
Our company patented the technology of simultaneous construction of the concrete shaft and refractory lining. Thus, at the initial stage of construction sliding speed is 2.7 m per day.
Preparation of concrete is made on the mobile concrete mini-factory «FIBO INTERCON» with capacity of 15 m3/h. Mobile concrete mini-factory is fully automated and has its own laboratory.
The duration of works performed was 30 days.
